I launched a line of fitness tracker journals for women featuring women of different origin and body type on the cover. Too many women feel unwelcome at the gym because they don't fit mainstream beauty standards. I want to encourage the acceptance of all bodies and help women feel good in their skin.
The goal is to showcase that beauty and fitness can come in different shape or size. Regardless of age, skin color, religion, weight or sex at birth, the gym should be a safe space for all. We are all entitled to a positive body image.
