This fitness and nutrition log series is designed to help women with their fitness and nutrition goals over 90 days. Our covers are designed with inclusivity in mind. The fitness industry has historically been dominated by a narrow idea of beauty and athleticism. As a result, a lot of women feel uncomfortable at the gym and are deterred from working on their fitness. We empower women by showing that fitness looks different for everyone.
